On THANKSGIVING DAY – a day meant for gratitude and family – President Trump delivered the most HEARTBREAKING news that has left America in TEARS!
Sarah Beckstrom, just 20 years old, a National Guard member from West Virginia, has DIED after a savage shooting attack in Washington D.C. This is NOT the Thanksgiving news anyone expected! 😢
🚨 WHAT HAPPENED:
On Wednesday in our nation’s capital, Sarah Beckstrom and fellow National Guard member Andrew Wolfe, 24, were AMBUSHED and shot in what authorities are calling one of the most HEINOUS acts imaginable!
President Trump announced Sarah’s death on Thanksgiving, saying: “I heard that Sarah Beckstrom, of West Virginia… highly respected, young, magnificent person, started service in June of 2023, outstanding in every way, she’s just passed away. She’s no longer with us. She was SAVAGELY ATTACKED. She’s dead now.”
💔 JUST 20 YEARS OLD:
Let that sink in. TWENTY. YEARS. OLD.
• Started her service in June 2023 – barely TWO YEARS ago
• Described as “magnificent” and “outstanding in every way”
• Her ENTIRE life ahead of her

This young woman volunteered to PROTECT others while they celebrated with their families. And THIS is how she was repaid?! 😡

The second victim, 24-year-old Andrew Wolfe, is STILL “fighting for his life” according to Trump.
“He’s in very bad shape. He’s fighting for his life, and hopefully we’ll get better news with respect to him,” the President said.

The alleged shooter? Rahmanullah Lakanwal, an Afghan national who Trump called a “MONSTER.”
“We won’t even talk about him,” Trump said – and honestly, we don’t want to either. But here’s what you NEED to know:

• Lakanwal, 29, entered the U.S. LEGALLY in 2021 under humanitarian parole
• Part of Biden’s Operation Allies Welcome after Afghanistan withdrawal
• He was VETTED by the CIA in Afghanistan
• His asylum application was APPROVED by the Trump administration earlier this year
• A senior U.S. official said he was “clean on all checks”
So HOW did this happen?! How did someone who was “clean on all checks” end up shooting two National Guard members?! 🤯

In response, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services just announced they will RE-EXAMINE green cards issued to immigrants from EVERY “country of concern,” including Afghanistan!
They’re also implementing NEW national security measures for vetting immigrants from “high risk” countries!

• Death penalty being sought by DOJ
